I just have to comment that that's not even the same thing.
SvaraRaderaPirate bay was breaking the law on so many ways, also stopping the movie/music etc producers from earning money.
And to be honest, if you rape or murder someone, paying money for doing it is just stupid. Engla is a person, and you shouldn't be able to pay for a person. So, honestly, having pirate bay pay 46 million is a good idea. And the person who murdered Engla should have gotten lifetime in prison.
Just stating my opinion. You shouldn't be able to pay for a person.
I totally agree money doesn't make up for the pain when people die... But I also think that Sweden is way to "nice" in many cases. Like prison time... /M
